Maad is both an attorney as well as a former software engineer, having worked with the law departments of major corporations such as Caterpillar and Washington Mutual Bank. In 1996, Maad developed a software application for patent attorneys, called Docket Wizard, which is currently in use by over 70 major law firms and corporations. As LeadMarket's General Counsel, Maad handles both corporate legal affairs as well as the identification, filing, and litigation of the company's intellectual property. Maad is an active windsurfer and community activist as Treasurer of the Arab America Cultural and Community Center of San Francisco. He earned a BS in Mathematics at the University of Notre Dame, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Virginia, and his JD at the Santa Clara University School of Law. Maad is an active member of the California Bar Association. |
