As Five9's founding CEO & principal lead generator, John grew the company from his apartment in Alameda, California, to a business that generated $10M annually through the web. Since then, John has helped dozens of websites become profitable and is recognized as one of the country's leading experts on e-Marketing of medical & high-technology services.

John regularly speaks at industry seminars and has been printed, interviewed, or cited in numerous publications including: Small Business Technology, WIRED, the Wells Fargo Newsletter, the Journal of the American Chemical Society, Call Center Magazine, Asia Connect, & Internet Telephony. John studied English at Penn State, Chemistry at UC Berkeley, and wrote his Master's thesis on, "Online Technical Manuals in Consumer Electronics " at the University of Memphis (lions, tigers, and bears - oh my). He has filed four software patents with the USPTO.

As Five9's founding Web Engineer, Mark helped build the company from a start-up to one that had an eight figure revenue stream from the web & search engines. Mark then went on to become the Principal SEO Engineer for CNET Networks, including CNET Reviews, Shopper.com, News.com, and Download.com.

Maad Abu-Gazallah

Maad is both an attorney as well as a former software engineer, having worked with the law departments of major corporations such as Caterpillar and Washington Mutual Bank. In 1996, Maad developed a software application for patent attorneys, called Docket Wizard, which is currently in use by over 70 major law firms and corporations.

As LeadMarket's General Counsel, Maad handles both corporate legal affairs as well as the identification, filing, and litigation of the company's intellectual property. Maad is an active windsurfer and community activist as Treasurer of the Arab America Cultural and Community Center of San Francisco. He earned a BS in Mathematics at the University of Notre Dame, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Virginia, and his JD at the Santa Clara University School of Law. Maad is an active member of the California Bar Association.

He began his career in software development career working for a small community college in Waco, Texas, developing web-based survey applications.
